Location and value for money
Room was too hot on arrival. Windows are not good at blocking out sound, so noisy (especially with the windows needing to be open for cooling). Parking is random (I was lucky) - there needs to be a better system. Kitchen is not well equipped, but adequate for short business stay.

Good location in city very central and the quality of the finish inside the appartment was very good.
We booked the apartments partly based on the view we thought we would have. The view was very poor as it simply backed onto the airconditioning units. So I would advise asking for a room on the upper floors if you would like a view I would say 7th and above. We had reserved a space for the car parking but as the lift had broken in the main one, we were put in a smaller one. This was fine apart from that we had to ask someone with a key to open and close the barrier every time we wanted to get the car out. This became a bit of a pain.

Central location and convenience of having kitchen/lounge area
Room was very warm and problems with hot water

Great location - central to all the activity in Glasgow Fantastic design & rooms - wonderful views of the north of the city thru the floor to ceiling windows. Everything was taken care of for us The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. In fact the overnight concierge proactively came to our room to ensure there was adequate hot water for the next day. We had one issue with the bill, however that was immediately addressed. We would definitely recommend the Glasgow Lofts to everyone travelling to Glasgow.
A little noisy, however the apartment is in the middle of town so that's to be expected.

Molton Brown products, excellent kitchen facilities, location and friendliness of staff.
Minor things like lack of mirrors in bedrooms. Dodgy shower fitting and toilet seats.

My husband & I stayed with family from the USA for three nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apartments. We arrived very early but were allowed to check in two hours before the designated check-in time which we greatly appreciated as we had been up since 4.30 am! Dougie & Peter on the reception desk were exceptionally friendly & helpful as were the ladies who cleaned the apartment. The three bedroom apartment was very spacious & the views fantastic. We would definitely recommend staying there.
The only criticism we have was that the third bedroom had no closet/wardrobe space & really no space to accommodate one. A bedside table with some drawers in would have been useful too. We had to share the wardrobe in another bedroom. There is quite alot of space in the hallway which could probably accommodate a single wardrobe for this purpose.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed.
No place to do hair/makeup. There are no electric outlets in bathrooms in Scotland, and there were no electric outlets adjacent to a mirror so that we could do our hair and makeup. Location was marginal. We didn't feel safe walking around this area at night.

These apartments are wonderful wish we were staying longer we will definitley use them again.
Can't fault it.

We loved our stay at the Glasgow Lofts Serviced Apartments. Our apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. We especially like the floor to ceiling windows and our view of Glasgow. Would definitely recommend to anyone doing a short city break.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
